Food Intake for the Day…
I guess I will do this everyone in a while just to keep track of stuff.
Breakfast: 2 eggs
Lunch: An apple, some water melon, and tuna with chopped celery
Snack: A peanut butter cookie (I made them :D) and rice pudding
Dinner: More tuna with celery
Drinks: Water. A glass of milk.
Calories: 823.
Not too bad I suppose. I guess I could have done with out the cookie but I was craving something sweet and it’s better to not deprive myself completely or else I will binge.
I’m going to start working out in the mornings before school. That way when I get home I will have time for homework and won’t feel bad if I can’t work out because I’m swamped.
